Privacy Policy

Pulse Nebula is a business operations application for organizations and their authorized users. Depending on the workspace and enabled capabilities, it supports cash operations, sales, payments, expenses, inventory, memberships, customer orders, subscriptions, roles, and audit records.

Data Collected

This notice covers Nebula accounts and the features enabled for different types of businesses. For account management, its own security and support, the service provider identified below is responsible for those processing activities. When Nebula processes data on a business's instructions to administer its operations, that business determines the purpose of that processing and must inform its customers, staff and contacts. You may contact us to identify the party responsible for your request.

How We Use Data

Service Providers and Data Transfers

We use infrastructure, database, email and push-notification providers to operate Pulse Nebula. When a workspace enables a payment provider or a user starts a hosted checkout, the data needed to create and reconcile that transaction may be sent to that provider. These parties process data under their own terms or as service providers for the relevant operation. We do not sell personal data and Pulse Nebula does not contain advertising or use the Android Advertising ID.

Device Permissions

The mobile app may request camera access to scan workspace or branch access QR codes, biometric authentication to confirm sensitive access actions locally on the device, and notification permission for enabled push notifications. Pulse Nebula does not receive or store biometric templates. The declared mobile experience does not request device location, microphone, contacts, advertising ID or broad storage access.

Security and Retention

Data is transmitted using HTTPS. We retain account and operational data while it is needed to provide the service, protect accounts, preserve workspace records, and meet legal, security and audit obligations. Financial and operational history may be retained as immutable workspace records even after an individual user account is deleted.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion directly in the app from Settings > Delete account or initiate a request without the app through the account deletion page. Successful deletion removes the user account, its personal account record and refresh tokens. It does not delete business, financial or audit records owned by a workspace when those records must remain available to the organization or be retained for legal, security or audit purposes.

Contact

Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, correction, updating or deletion of your personal data, where applicable, by writing to pulsenebula.tech@gmail.com or the contact address below. Explain your request and provide the related email address or username. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive documents. Identity verification depends on the scope and risk of the request. If you no longer have access to your registered email, let us know so that another verification method can be assessed.

Requests about data processed for a business require coordination with that business as the responsible party; this does not remove Nebula's own obligations. Account deletion does not automatically erase all related data. You may request a review of remaining data and the reasons for retaining it.

In Argentina, access is free at intervals of at least six months, unless a legitimate interest is established, and the law provides ten calendar days from formal notice to respond. Correction, updating or deletion is subject to five business days under the conditions set out in law. Retention exceptions must be assessed against the particular information and applicable obligations; there is no blanket authorization to keep all data indefinitely.

The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from people whose personal data rights are affected by noncompliance with applicable data protection rules. See the AAIP guidance on rights and complaints (in Spanish).
