Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of Pulse Nebula by organizations and their authorized users.

Effective: September 12, 2026

1. The service

Pulse Nebula provides software for business operations, including workspace administration, roles, cash control, sales, payments, expenses, inventory, memberships, access and audit records. Available functions may vary by workspace, plan, platform and release.

2. Organizations and authorized users

An organization controls its workspace and determines who may access it. Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use only the permissions granted to them. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for configuring roles, branches, policies and operational access appropriately.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, probe another tenant, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person or use Pulse Nebula to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Business records and decisions

Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, their internal controls and their legal, tax, labor, accounting and regulatory obligations. Pulse Nebula supports operations but does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Users should verify consequential transactions and access decisions before acting on them.

5. Payments and third parties

Some functions may connect to payment processors, email, notification, hosting or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Pulse Nebula is not a bank, payment processor or card issuer and does not guarantee third-party availability or approval.

6. Availability and changes

We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, add, restrict or discontinue functions when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, product quality or commercial operation.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect accounts, workspaces or the service; investigate misuse; comply with law; or address material breach. Users may request account deletion as explained on the account deletion page. Workspace-owned business and audit records may be retained when necessary for integrity, security, legal compliance or the organization’s legitimate operations.

8. Intellectual property

Pulse Nebula and its software, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service as intended. Organizations retain rights in the content they provide and authorize us to process it only as needed to operate and protect the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that every feature will be error-free or fit every business requirement. Pulse Nebula is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party services, unauthorized credential use or decisions made from user-entered data. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements evolve. We will publish the updated date here and provide additional notice when required.
